Shipping & Delivery
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic (US) Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and based on your order's amount.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $0 flat rate shipping for orders above $70 (US only).
International Shipping
We currently (Q4 2024) only offer international shipping outside of the US in certain regions. As of now, we ship to Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, UAE, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our carrier partners will estimate your costs based upon your location
International Tax and duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brooklyn Frenchy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 1 to 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@brooklynfrenchy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
Notes:
1/ We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
2/ Please keep in mind that the order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Those can vary from 1 to 4 business days.
3/ Delays: It happens that for some reasons (busy seasons, holidays, high volume of orders, postal service problems that are outside of your control), potential delays may occur. Naturally, we always do our best to avoid those.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@brooklynfrenchy.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@brooklynfrenchy.com.
